Pre-payment is required on all orders. Customers may send a check drawn on a United States bank or dollar denominated international money order. To do this, please use our mail in order form.
To place your order with a credit card over the phone, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Quantity, Title, and ISBN of each title
- Credit Card Information (card type, account number, exp. date, cardholder name)
- Credit Card Billing Address
- Your phone number and email address
- We require these to confirm your order and resolve any order processing difficulties which may arise.
- Address to where you would like your order shipped (if different)

How We Process Credit Card Orders
R.T. Edwards processes your credit card order via an internet-based "virtual terminal." As a merchant account holder with Cardservice International, we have adopted this method because it removes some of the complexity normally associated with authorizing and processing credit card transactions.
We authorize your credit card via a secure server. Your credit card information is encrypted so as to prevent unauthorized usage. Nevertheless, this data is transmitted via the internet. If you are uncomfortable with having your credit card information transmitted in any way over the internet, please use our mail in order form instead, sending your required pre-payment by USD denominated check.
Shipping & Handling
Single copy book orders are usually sent via USPS Media or Library Mail to U.S. customers and Economy - Letter Post (Surface) elsewhere, although shipping methods may vary. Expedited shipping is available at cost.
