• Postage. All subscription prices include postage.
• Claims and Refunds. Missing issue claims are honored if notice is received within three months of issue publication. Refunds for cancelled subscriptions are honored if received prior to subscription commencement.
• Discounts. Customary agency discounts are provided for prepaid subscriptions received prior to commencement of the annual subscription period (December 31). No discount is provided once a current volume year has commenced.
